10 John Prince's Street, WC1
Located in the heart of London’s West End a tired 7,200 sq/ft office set over three floors has been transformed into a fun and playful office fitout for the Peach team. Due to the forced time away from the office, Peach’s senior team took advantage of this moment to reflect and reimagine their office and together we created this unique space.
A playful new office fitout for Peach
The new office fitout came with fewer workstations making the space a destination where the team can interact, work more collaboratively, and have fun. As a company, they wanted to re-introduce their brand values and culture. To make this vision possible they wanted a clever and playful smart new office fitout that moved away from the outdated style of office working.
The inspiration for this new office fitout came from the busy street style and window displays along Oxford Street, which helped our team create an authentic look. The office is also surrounded by several construction sites, and we wanted to incorporate something of this ‘stripped back’ industrial feel.
During the strip-out phase, we uncovered the original timber floor. We considered restoring the timber floor, but this additional work would have exceeded our client’s budget. So, we went back to the drawing board and decided to re-create some of the other ‘original’ features, by adding imitation steel beams between the concrete columns and metal mesh enclosures resulting in the industrial look and feel we wanted to achieve. Then we added textures and colours to reflect Peach personality.

Essential features of the new office fitout
To create different zones for meeting rooms, collaborative and break-out areas we used the bespoke mesh panels and added voile curtains. For the private meeting rooms, we installed crittall style glazed partitions. Then to facilitate the space with more well-being areas we built a shower room on the third floor and upcycled the kitchen and tea point areas.
We accentuated the overall look and feel by adding neon lights to the reception desk, reflecting our clients bright, funky, and colourful branding. Our smart office refurbishment works at Peach have made not only a brand new office fitout space but one more vibrant and creative – just right for the Peach team.
