Material containing asbestos was carefully removed from a site by a specialist team before other works commenced. The existing two-storey office accommodation within the unit was demolished and block work and stud partition walls used to create Units A and B. Two new entrances were created and glazed screens were installed to both units.
We also carried out significant roof repairs including the installation of new double-skinned acrylic roof lights. Tarmacadam and concrete hardstands were laid externally, incorporating an Aco-Drainage system. The rear cladding was re-coated and the front elevation was fitted with new cladding. A bike shelter was installed to the left of the building in line with building permission specifications.
