A great job from the Open team. Danny Mitchell and Mark Skilbeck were simply awesome!”Richard Carney – Project Manager
Office relocation and refurbishment presents an opportunity to change the way you work. Our client wanted to create a refreshing, modern workplace that was both welcoming and would boost productivity. And they needed it completed within budget and within a six-week timeframe. As main contractors, we led a project team who worked seamlessly to turn Severn Trent’s ambitions for their new office into a reality. The result was a bespoke workplace that was on brand and on brief.
Staring with a Cat A refurbishment we’ve created an open plan for the new office furniture and tea and kitchen point to facilitate easy access to recreation and for those who wanted a private space, two breakout areas were built separated with soundproof glass partitions. The furniture in both the waiting room and tea point reflect the brand’s colors, again giving to this place the home feeling and special attention was focused on the design of the large meeting room, from soundproofing to the ceiling, lighting, technology and the outside windows which had a signal defense film added.
What makes this small office more special are the monochrome printed images of the water stations on the glass partitions and the high tech design provided by Coodart, who married perfectly with the modern furniture fit-out.
The office relocation of this business was successfully delivered in a cost-effective process in collaboration with our tried and trusted suppliers and the client. Our care for details rewarded us with excellent client feedback and a long term relationship with this.
