This was a fit-out with a very clear brief – to create not just a functional and improved workspace, but one that reflected the client’s values and appreciation of detail. With strong input from the client on what was and wasn’t liked, this was a project that was as much about the last 5% as it was the big picture.

Luxurious wall finishes were combined with plaster feature walls, and classic iconic furniture pieces were mixed with bespoke joinery to create a stunning executive space.”
The new office space needed to reflect the client’s values of transparency, personal approach, and quality. It was these values that informed our initial visualisation of the future space. Once this shared vision had been agreed on, our team set to work bringing the new space to life.
The open-plan office design made use of some original features, including a brick wall, to create an individual feel. There was the subtle use of the colour blue – a colour thought to enhance productivity – on bespoke furniture. A more neutral palette was used across the meeting rooms to create a sophisticated finish.
Glazed partitioning was cut into the plasterboard of the suspended ceiling and surrounding partitions to create a floating glass appearance. Doors were a high-grade veneer with flush frames, and broadloom carpets were used with ceramic floors to create executive areas.
Luxurious wall finishes were combined with plaster feature walls, and classic iconic furniture pieces were mixed with bespoke joinery to create a stunning executive space. We then designed and built an open plan office space alongside several meeting rooms and a new breakout area to accommodate both private and collaborative working.
The result was an open yet relaxing environment that reflected the client’s values and ambitions for space. We’ve created a similar project in Elsley House.
