Work commenced on this project with the removal and replacement of the ground floor slab. We removed part of the first-floor slab and the entire side elevation. This allowed for the new goods door and a design-led entrance to create a generously sized trade counter.
The cladding was added to the exterior of the building including new curtain walling. The industrial refurbishment focused on the roof which was also coated.
