We moved our office to Hamilton House
Located in this beautiful Grade II listed building, Hamilton House, our new workspace is fully serviced, with an amazing reception, shared break-out areas, and meeting rooms with incredible views across The Thames of the OXO Tower and the London Eye.

Relocating office to Hamilton House has given us an even better working environment and incredible riverside views. What originally started as an office refurbishment project for us at Hamilton House has ended up being a refurbishment of our own new office space.
This CAT A project is a scheme that our team have been focused on for more than three months, enhancing the unique features of this Grade II listed building. Working closely with our client and the architects at dMFK, we’ve added a contemporary look and feel, by installing modern design elements such as soundproofed phone booths, LED lighting and smart key systems, bespoke washrooms and showers, as well as retaining many of the original features including the floors, which have been fully restored.
Relocating office at Hamilton House
Moving from a more traditional office to a fully serviced space has given us much greater flexibility reflecting many of the changes we’ve seen in the past year. And at the same time, it’s enabled us to simplify our operations and reduce our overhead. The stunning Scandi design complements our existing way of working with ‘hot desking’ and break out areas that kept are free for more creative and collaborative working.
Relocating office follows several changes that we’ve introduced this financial year – some of which were planned as strategic objectives, others have resulted from us adapting the work we work in response to the global pandemic. We’ve introduced new accounting software, a client relationship management system for our business development team, and a new app-based phone system that’s removed the need for handsets on desks.
Having already adopted Zoom at the beginning of last year, these new systems have enabled many of us to work efficiently from home during periods of lockdown. They’ve also helped us keep in touch with one another given the restrictions on meeting in person. As those restrictions start to ease over the coming weeks, we’re looking forward to bringing the team back together in-person to enjoy and take pride in our new office space. This last year has made us realise the true value in being able to work together in person, to share ideas, inspiration, to be creative and achieve all that we want to as a business and more. And relocating office helped us to enable this furthermore.
But the story doesn’t stop there with the next phase of works at Hamilton House focusing on creating more wellbeing facilities such as a roof terrace, more showers, a gym, and bike storage. With excellent transport links and beautiful views across The Thames, we’re looking forward to being here for many years.
And when it’s safe to do so, we look forward to welcoming you to our new home here in Hamilton House – for now, why not find out more about our work as the main contractor on this and other projects or on our website…
