Following the guidance issued by government, our two largest project sites are operational but progressing at a slower rate so we can ensure compliance with the Site Operating Procedures issued by The Construction Leadership Council on 14th April.

Our Pre-contracts team, Project Managers and Site Managers have access to an online Coronavirus Awareness training course that was shared by one of our client’s Health & Safety Consultants. You can find more details of the course here.

We’re being kept updated and informed by our own independent Health & Safety adviser, Construction Safety (CS) Ltd, in addition to similar updates from Constructionline.

Our Project Managers are completing risk assessments for the rest of our projects so we can determine when we can return to or start on site. Our primary objective is and always will be the health and safety of our team and everyone we work with. Once we’re confident that we can operate each site in accordance with the guidance – notably the two metre distancing rule and how people travel to site – then we will start to increase activity.

In the meantime, we’re still pricing future work and are in regular contact with our clients, subcontractors, suppliers and our Open team, making sure that everyone is safe and well.
